- The buyer has the right to return products within 30 days of receipt.
- In order to return goods, all items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- If the goods have been used, or show signs of use/wear, Timber Date has the right to reduce or refuse the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
- In order to return the goods, you must write to us with the order number and details of the goods to be returned to [email protected] no later than 30days after receiving the goods.
- The costs of returning the goods are covered by The buyer, unless the reason for the return lies in the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective item).
- Upon receipt of the returned goods, Timber Date shall refund The buyer no later than 14 working days.
